They literally couldn't make the robot work. It's too big, too complicated to animate, so they turned Seed into Clara downgrade.

This. They really are stupid; early polls showed most people wanted Sneed anyway regardless of gender, but because they are pessimistic and think "if no waifu, people won't roll" they turned Sneed into a girl.

Now she is neither a cool robot nor a good waifu. Only Clara and Svarog from HSR but worse because Seed himself is not as cool as Svarog.
