I got food poisoning for a week after eating Chipotle Spring 2015. It was so bad I was bleeding out of my ass and resorted to showering instead of wiping because I was taking like 12 shits a day. I ended up with post infectious IBS for probably 3 to 4 years after that and tested positive for Crohn's inflammatory markers, got a Colonoscopy (which came back negative) and eventually all the symptoms went away. I actually dropped out of my Junior year of College for a semester it was so bad.
