The real question is how did BGT become a ghetto budget park when Tampa's population has exploded in the last 10 years?

Howl-O-Scream now does only 1 new house a year and features 5 houses total. In 2010 they offered 9 houses with 5 of them being brand new.

What happened there? Entertainment industry is recession proof so it cant be the economy.
