I don't really buy the pedo stuff actually. I generally believe the little girls were for Epstein's inner circle, him and the model agents who all somehow suicided in prison. No one ever follows up on the girls whose careers he sponsored, his last call before death was to one of them and I don't think anyone's ever interviewed her. And of course the money, no one ever follows Epstein's money. If I'm honest, I think that's the real story and the pedo stuff is the red herring. But then I also don't really believe these girls were "abused". There's more than enough eastern European teens who'd gladly spread their legs to go on trips and cruises and private planes around the world, especially in the 80s and 90s.

There's a lot of cultish behavior and groups in the US, unknown and operating under the radar. I'm not really a fan of True Detective, but that whacky kind of shit they showed isn't really that far off from what you can find if you look around in the South.
