for added !!FUN!! disable the free infinite potion buffs from personal storage that luiafk/fargos mutant mod give (apparently it's also in the latter mod's config and there's a chance I just misidentified what it's from) so people aren't running around with literally every single buff obtainable at the point in progression and making the difficulty plummet

also fargo's souls mod should be active for its eternity mode too,for further "rusher discouragement" and because it'll give me more toys to play with
