In a proper developed country that could actually afford a humanoid robot electrical lines are not randomly stringed from your neighbour to your computer, but insulated and only "break down" at contact points when the power outlet was dirty or the breaker didn't work when overloaded.

This means that "fixing" electric wiring means just replacing the power outlet, which takes five minutes and 10 bucks for a person that is not completely stupid.

It may be possible that in a third world country like Brasil power lines need to be fixed because people are fucking retarded and do shit like pic related, but i'm almost certain that a truly inteligent robot will not touch this shit either and instead get a ticket back to a civilized country.
