Isn't BoFA being fixed to not proc right out of the starting gate in a later update? I had a race where it procced less than a second after exiting the gate so I understand how it can be useless. Is it only not proccable for the first 10 seconds? How much stamina recovery is wasted assuming you proc it right at the 10 second mark?
