NTA but it's mostly in the sense that Sonic and Tails now fulfill strict roles, where Tails is the strategist and Sonic trusts him and does the action. Which kinda sucks because I love how Tails' intellect is used in the manga but I don't like this thing where Tails can't actively participate. At the very least I wish his flight had a purpose in the story but no, though he's shown flying

But overall it's cool to see Tails being the leader and being a mastermind
