I mainly use them to organize npc replacers to make mass enabling/disabling them simple for easynpc merges
everything else is temporary and/or just left in the pile after conflict resolution; with maybe a suffix like _output
I really should make separators/suffixes for modded outfit types/character wardrobes thoughever
