The tolerance for High Treason should be zero. No matter how based a bill is, if they sneak any amount of High Treason in service of a foreign power (as Donald J Trump has done), it is inadmissible. To believe otherwise is to make excuses for treason so long as the rat poison you’re choking down is sufficiently sweetened.
