the mini updates they have been dropping that make you reboot your game has fucked up peoples shader caches. the game doesn't offer any easy way to reset the shader cache process. so you have to reinstall your drivers or fiddle with stuff manually.

On AMD you can delete your shader cache in the driver control panel like pic related.

For Nvidia you have to reinstall your driver or dig inside your appdata folder
