If we're talking strictly videogames, Underrail is probably my favorite. fallout is close behind. I don't really consider STALKER to be post apocalyptic since the world outside of the zone is fine, but it's high up there if i were to count it. the first metro game is up there too, classic gun designs, main theme, and atmosphere. Wasteland 2/3 were both really good too, i liked 2 more.
