Only those who have worked in a place filled with these people can know how it feels. You are putting on an act around them, almost like when you need to purposely act different around children.. but you can't talk about this to anyone besides the one or two coworkers who you can seriously trust or you will risk getting fired. You also start to wonder if the others are putting on an act around them as well or if they are truly insane.
