Sorry dude I just find it very bland. Miasma Priest is a fun boss fight, I'll give her that. But the design is just "masked robed figure with red accents", you blink and forget it. And she has absolutely zero screen presence or memorable moments to back up her status as a big honcho in the cult. The Exaltists are very hard to take seriously as a threat in general, they just keep getting clowned on while Sarah goes "heehehe, just as planned..."

If you want a really good Hoyo villain design look at someone like Lygus.
