>"No. My shift starts in, like, 3 hours, and I can't really fall asleep after this whole ordeal. I'm going to probably waste time watching some movie or playing some games. At least I've got an excuse," you stated.
>"Ever since I turned, my sleep schedule has been inverted. Sleeping during the day and wide awake during the night. And as of now I'm not really that sleepy," he stated.
