There is wisdom in trying to convey what a whole politic is about in as few words as possible:
>Theocracy, putting religion first.
>Fascism, putting the state first.
>Anarchy, putting the individual first.
>Libertarianism, putting personal freedom first.
>National Socialism, putting the race first.
>Monarchy, putting the aristocracy first.
>Zionism, putting the jewish people first.
>Communism, putting the revolutionaries first.
>Primitivists, putting the ecology first.
In each of these systems the economy and the many various institutions will be bent towards serving the needs of this first principle. Whenever there is a conflict, the needs of that one thing that is valued above all else will go first. In a theocracy everyone has to be part of the state-approved religion and other concerns come second and the economy and so on can't usurp religious obligations. Under fascism the state is everything and the people are expendable and you are not to question the state. Under National Socialism the race is everything and religions and government and economy and so on must protect and improve the dominant race.
What type of government you live under is determined by culture more than anything else. For example a National Socialist state is maintained by everyone sharing the same racist ideals and thus keeping the politicians in check, keeping the merchants in check, keeping the priests in check, etc. The power of a politic is in everyone modifying their own behavior and activities to serve the political model.
America is currently under Zionism; that is very clear, but with the exception of monarchists which are completely dead in America and primitivists + anarchists who aren't seeking power at all but rather the destruction of any kind of large-scale system; all these other factions exist and are competing to usurp the zionists.
Which politic are you rooting for to win?
