He's the guy I ramble about in this post: >>42727489

If you want exploits from the game he's from... I don't have a lot. I built Rome pretty incorrectly due to some misunderstandings I had about the system going in and by the time I reworked him the game had to go on hold. I did blow up a gryphon mercenary by repeatedly venting my suit's reactor at him, which was funny but not reproducible. His main contribution in fights was that he could be such a mean looking bastard that it conferred damage an Intimidation bonuses to people around him, which I thought fit with the angry as fuck former Sargent.

Most of the fun in playing him was all RP stuff.
>on his way into Caliponia he got buried alive in a rock slide and only survived because his pet eyebot tracked down a friendly bat pony, Drill Bit, who would eventually become his fiance
>slowly became sort of a mentor character to the tribal gryphon chemhead, who is easily the one he's opened up to the most about his background other than his future wife
>once got his bell rung so hard by a super mutant ambush he fell back in time eight years and started trying to find his old squadmates. His only real slip-up on letting out his faction affiliation to date, and apparently only the gryphon caught it (Drill Bit already knew by this point and helped him cover).
>constantly warring with himself over playing the part of a mercenary and pursuing leads on what's happening with the local chapter
>hid his affiliations well enough he wound up getting drafted by The Mouse (House) to mount an expedition to Big MT and stop the NER from getting their hooves on its stuff, also talked the party into holding the best stuff out of Mouse's hooves
>the one singular prude in the party, which has been kinda funny
Lots of fun drama with the gryphon character since he's the only one that doesn't treat her like the kid sister of the group. They do beers and he tells her she's sharp but kind of a dumbass or does anecdotes and life advice. They complain about their girlfriends (who are both in the party) to each other. Lots of fun chemistry with them, especially since they're effectively sharing frontliner duty.

Rome may or may not be plotting to completely overthrow Mouse in the longterm, although for now he's got his plate full trying to actually FIND the local chapter, keeping the NER from hunting them down, getting to Big MT, and cracking down on what may be The Master 2.0 brewing up on Black Mountain.

And he's gotta figure out how to introduce his technophile girlfriend to the family.

... he is a very busy pony.
