Fooocus by Illyasviel is pretty damn accessible for most, very simple UI. Not gonna be nearly as powerful as some other tools but it will still be very good at the basics. Shit like inpainting is still very good with it

Auto1111 -type interfaces (Forge,etc) are another step up

Then you have ComfyUI which has it's own caveats beyond just complexity but that's where all the latest shit will be happening
