Surely it's because Agaia has actual defense against all the weakness used to crash all the servers and use their own technology to counter any DDoS attacks that even multi billion company can't defend against and only mitigate.
Surely they aren't the bad guys mad that new servers that doesn't ask for money at all are eating up their playerbase and not buying shit from their store anymore.
