The show doesn’t have to deconfirm every headcanon you could hold, if they want that part of a character to remain a secret for now, so be it. They’ve already confirmed they have a lot written up about the characters and episode ideas. Once again the standard necessary for presumed innocence is plausible deniability. The evidence against her is so scant that it can be dismissed in this way. If the accusing party were able to prove beyond a reasonable doubt, we would be having a different discussion. I don’t see the controversy.

Once again the previews pics were a bait and switch.
While the episodes were good I would have enjoyed an entire POV episode from Chuck's perspective or whoever, that kind of experimental stuff is what the short episode should be for.
