Alright, the most inflammatory stuff I actually believe:
1. Unless they are planning another season, or a movie or something, Brief and Panty’s romantic arc almost certainly will find a conclusion this season.
2. Brief and Panty’s monogamous happily ever after is a totally viable option, but so is Brief being willing to accept the side of her that fucks every chad in Daten City, a tearful goodbye as she ascends to heaven, or even Brief moving on to a new girl like Gunsmith.
3. Stocking being a virgin is a perfectly reasonable theory given the evidence, seriously insisting one way or the other is silly.
4. The show and its characters were tweaked this season to meet what fans responded to, almost all for the better. While I’d like to see more of them, I really like how Stocking, Kneesocks and Scanty have been portrayed.
5. Season 1 has a better OST so far, Angels and Demons wasn’t a good remix.
6. The Phantom of Daten City is one of the best episodes the show ever did.
7. While I prefer the Fallen Angel headcanon of former humans becoming Angels, I welcome the new hierarchy with open arms.
8. Chuck to the Future 3 is underrated.
9. The stylized forms are hotter and it would be nice if more anime went for that on occasion.
10. The original dub is funny, but it’s also not better. If you only watched the dub you haven’t seen the show.
11. Redeeming ghosts makes for a better story than killing them.
12. It’s perfectly in character for Panty to swing the other way on occasion, even if she prefers men.
13. Garterbelt’s lips were a last minute censorship job, and while I’m not thrilled, it isn’t a big deal.

Afterwards either he or someone else tracked down a copy for me by (if I remember correctly) messaging the mangaka on Pixiv to ask where/how to find a copy, and a listing on Suruga-ya.jp turned up. I bought it through a forwarding site called Neokyo. If you check out Neokyo you can search various JP sites to see if you can find a copy, but I don't see anything when searching the doujin name (おしおき!デイモンシスターズ) or artist name (はまなす茶屋).

The animation and art style is much better, especially the color palette. The colors are much more vibrant and are overall more aesthetically pleasing to look at compared to S1.

Season 2 is still really funny, despite toning down the edginess that made the show popular. S2 seems to rely more on absurdity rather than shock humor and it works just fine. The overall premise of Season 2 is also just as if not more entertaining than Season 1. The angels having to deal with inflation, new technologies, and new roommates who happen to be their former enemies has been really funny so far. I also really like that the demon sisters were added to the main cast. I like how Season 2 showed this different side to Scanty and Kneesocks, where they're stuck on Earth and do mundane things like cleaning up after their horrible roommates and working part time time jobs. The angel sisters and demon sisters as a group have always been very comedic and entertaining to watch, so I'm glad this season has made the four of them the focus.

So while the humor is about the same as S1, the animation/art is way better. Thus, I prefer S2 over S1
