That's right, it means that he correct them to a certain degree to fit into the overall style of the episode. Some people would rather preserve the individual animators' styles, but Yoshinari generally isn't one of them, and the look of the episode is fairly consistent. In the new episode he had two more ADs assisting him but it's easy to see that his part (the match) looks extremely different from what the show has looked before, and even the parts he animated himself (like the opening scene) don't look like his animation in S1. Look at Panty's more detailed arms or eyes. But the trademark of this new Yoshinari style in S2 is probably the chipmunk mouth the girls do constantly through the episode, which has never been a thing before.
