Ive got a spare 14'x10' room in my house I'm considering letting someone move into. I work from home and don't have non-PC hobbies because of being a cheap jew; so I'm worried I might go stir crazy being alone 99% of the time. I can definitely afford the extra power/water and food of having someone here, although I can't promise much more than that.

Have there been any success stories from these threads?

I'm worried someone would move in and find me a burden to live with (only one bathroom, my living room is set-up for VR, I'm generally quiet but can get loud when I drink) or inversely that I'd feel responsible for someone whom I hate.
