Something promising. The rating summary for the PS4 version of Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth 2 gives the idea that it'll be uncensored, it's not extremely different from what they wrote for the PS Vita version many years ago. People say that, while not exactly the same standards, guidelines, policies or whatever that Sony had in 2015-2017, they are relaxing those standards or guidelines and becoming less strict towards fan service or content in anime style games and I mean, I've played Re;Birth 2, it's not a game rated M or CERO D but it's definitely more suggestive and inappropriate than other games with the same age ratings, and the precedent with Super Neptunia RPG (not even Omega Labyrinth Z) proves that if we really had the same standards as 2018-2023, IFI simply wouldn't have been able to publish the PS4 version of Re;Birth 2 (and 3) without changing or removing something, period.

The summary for Re;Birth 3 on PS4 is almost the same, so, I guess they really managed to publish the PS4 versions uncensored...not bad.
