Working out a bit and staying fit is enough. Women don't even like huge guys, most of them find it ridiculous. Some people just try to look like superheroes and shonen protags for some reason but it's stupid.

As long as you don't take prots and other chemicals, sure. I don't work out as much as I used to when I was in the army, just bodyweight exercises, and I'm not too bad. No diet or anything like that. That being said, my cardio needs training.
