That's why I like the anime better, Stein and other characters shat on Maka a lot telling her that she was the weakest and that the team would be better with only Black Star and Kid since they're stronger only for Maka to prove them all wrong and Solo'd both Medusa and Asura with Kid and Black Star knocked out, the manga is pretty much just Black Star wank in later volumes
