medieval "Sports Teams"

not one good guy team vs bad guys.

multiple factions based on colors/icons, like teams get. so you can pick one to root for.

each one gets a range of characters. King, Best-Knight, Wizard, Archer. (oh, this one has a Queen instead!) maybe unique design styles to vary the castles and armor

center it around some kind of Olympics-style "tournament of champions"

no "tech" only fantasy weapons and magic (maybe one of them has steampunk muskets but that's all?)
