Oh god. This is actually arguable. They really dropped the ball hard on secondary riders in Reiwa. I'll have to give it over to Hanto though for actually having a real character arc and doing it well. That one moment he stood up for Gavv in front of the unpressed victims early on was by itself cemented him as a top tier secondary before all the gayness even started setting in.
