It depends entirely what you want as Kirby is an experimental series with many different gameplay types. But the ones I consider to be the best are Adventure, Crystal Shards, Return to Dreamland and Canvas Curse. You should also probably try Nightmare in Dreamland, Super Star and Forgotten Land (which I almost want to put in the top with the others).
