Orks: Got them when I got the 2nd ed box sets because my friend wanted the marines, but I ended up digging the orks anyway and when I got back into the hobby with 8th I picked them back up
CSMs: I wanted to paint power armor and like trim
Dark Eldar: They seemed fun to play and kabalites look cool, though I truth I didnt end up enjoying the playstyle as much as I hoped
