Today I am going to rebuild my Keychron V6 Max.

I'm keeping the MT3 keycaps and the Gateron Melodics, and the modded gaskets, but I want to put something very minimal in the bottom case, maybe a single layer of a thin fabric, since it's just a little too hollow even for melodics, but I don't want to nuke the whole sound profile with foam.

Also I'm gonna redo the stabs and put some stab pads under the spacebar since it's clacking too hard from stabilizer bottom-out, which seems to afflict me worse than anyone else for reasons I don't understand. Is it because I use only 4mm travel switches? Is it because I hit the spacebar closer to the far edges than most people due to my short thumbs? Do I hammer the spacebar harder than most? Whatever the reason, stab pads will help.

Might also see if there's a way to remove the battery, since I don't use it...
