Bought a wheel set with Mavic CXP30s and from the off had slight tyre wobble. Didn’t seem to matter with 23mm or 25mm tyres. I had a blow out potentially caused by glass but I’m not sure given its likely because of this split on the bead.

Shall I replace the tyre again and hope for the best or rebuild the wheel with new wider rims? To add I replaced the rim tape and went over the inside / outside of the rim.
