>Because there is no reason to hate Xion that much.
There is. Because it's like having a Poochy or Scrappy-Doo shoved in there, especially when Namine already existed and had direct ties to helping Roxas on top of it, and that's not even getting into the fact that she's the focal point of the game instead of the Organization itself.
>Roxas, Axel and Xion are designed to mirror Sora, Riku and Kairi.
That's blatantly obvious to everyone, that doesn't mean it was a good idea or necessary in the slightest, especially when KH2 had HPO as his friend group, Namine, and Axel. KH3 had to pair off Namine with Riku of all people which is beyond awkward when she had far more direct interactions as a person with Roxas.
>Roxas does interact with the other organization members and becomes sort-of friends with most of them in spite of the fact they know he is their enemy
He interacts with them in the most basic of ways: Being a coworker. They begrudgingly work with him instead of actually speak to him, and Roxas does nothing to try to learn about what's going on most of the time when they could have easily had Roxas actually connect with someone that wasn't just Axel and feel betrayed by them using him despite being close to him. I have no idea how you view either indifferent people like Xaldin/Lexaeus who basically just say short answers to Roxas or Larxene ordering him around as "Building rapport" with them and all that. There's next to nothing there.
>She develops from Roxas teaching her
That isn't the point at all. This is completely unnecessary in the slightest. He never should have had to teach her in the first place and his agency should have come from continually ignoring the Organization's goals to explore worlds on his own, talking to residents, and ultimately being restricted by Xemnas.
>They're friends with a fake memory version of Roxas
Who actively want to be his friends despite that as KH3 showed. KH3 literally ends on HPO + RLX looking for Sora together.
