I mean if I had to guess I'd say Ukraine is lying just based on the fact they are on the ropes in terms of negotiation my problem is.... Why lie about it? I mean Russia would know what they have and don't have as they are there. Trump is basically telling him the demands he has to meet so it's all pointless.
