Flabby dyel, spent the last 20 years in front of a PC working 80 hour weeks and never did anything physical for more than a week or two at a time. Always been a hungry skeleton until I passed 30, then I got skinnyfat.
33yo, 6'4'' 211lbs, on SS + muay thai for a few months, resting heart rate has been plummeting from 95 to 65, and I went from barely benching the bar to 0.5/1/2/2 as of today.
Planning to keep eating until I hit 220, and then just stay chubby and get stronger. I already have a bunch of kids and I don't care about getting cut, I just want to get strong one time in my life before old age takes me.
