Lugganath is the most based craftworld, they want to just move their entire craftworld into the webway, and they have a lot of connections with pirates and the harlequins. But they fucking hate the Dark Eldar. They have working alliances with the Tau and Imperium, to the point of going after Dark Eldar raiders to avenge their Imperial allies
