It's quite simple. Trappier knows how to manage a company. He knows how to manage a project. As an IT project manager, I can 200% relate to what he's saying here. Have a clear decision maker if you want your project to succeed. Not multiple with no clear defined lines. Not the clusterfuck that is going on with government melding just to satisfy political shit by retarded politics. It's quite simple, he doesn't want ULA 2.0, where both governments decide that this (shitty) subcontractor gets workshare because "it's in my totally-very-special territory where I got elected and I need (dunk) unemployed retards to get some work so I can raise local taxes and shit" or because the CEO of the nephew of whoever got elected. He doesn't want ULA 2.0, that's all you have to understand, and he knows very well it'll go that way if shit stays as-is.
Listen/read what he's saying in the recent earning Q/A. It's just common sense for anyone that ever had to manage a project or had to live with what I described above. Simple as. 10/10 CEO would invest in if the broader mememarkets weren't in a clown world bubble propped by retarded zoomers buying anything at any price through their Robinshit App.
