Usually there is a conglomerate of DYI/Home Depot shops in a cluster. Here in Novi Sad, we have Uradi sam, JYSK, Brico (both furniture stores), Tehnomanija and SIM tool store right next to each other so when you go shopping for that kind of stuff, everything is on one location. Additionally you can order stuff online from IKEA (They have an HQ near belgrade and can deliver you stuff anywhere in Serbia)
