Equipping a skill that does *nothing* for 30 levels so you can be slightly stronger in the last 3 maps is just pure insanity no matter how you spin it, actual gibberish. You can insist it's valuable by coping that nothing else is important in that slot but literally any other skill would at least do *something*, including Canter which effectively adds 2 more to your movement every turn.
