Skins are 20 bucks a pop and there's also those universal skins now, how broke are you like come on. in a gacha game you can go get the f2p currency and you might still not get what you want out of the gacha and if you go buy the pulls depending on the game you looking at upwards of 250 bucks per character not including the weapon
Don't get me wrong i do think the monetization in this game is atrocious but you gotta make sense with what you say too
