Because SC's heal is a hybrid HoT, so crit damage is useless and AP/SP maxes heals
So to maximize healing, it's Valiance/Fighter/Anima/Absolution. Luck for damage, yeah
IIRC technically Hybrid heals slightly more than Fighter, but Fighter give more health
