Is this from your own collection or did you acquire it somewhere? Because the only body I'm seeing with those specific rank dots on the chest is from the Speeder Bike Recon figure, but it doesn't match any other aspect of the figure in your pic. So it kinda seems to me like maybe someone did some parts swapping or it's some kind of factory error.
