I think the criteria for Tonari no Young Jump and Jump Plus are different. I check all ongoing Jump+ titles every month and found that the 2.5k (red text) is axe-borderline based on previous axes. Tonari no Young Jump has fewer titles than Jump+, while Jump+ has more than 50-60 titles in its lineup and more axebait
