Vestigial organs, homologous structures in different species and similarities of embryonic development across species from different animal clades is also pretty strong evidence.
Why would whales have finger bones if God could create life to be perfect and complete from the start? Why would whales be born with detached nonfunctional hip bones if they were created perfectly?
