if you craft shit instead of buying it this league it's so fucking cheap, like 95% of people are either too dumb or lazy to do literally deterministic item editing. in total this shit was 5 ex to buy the base and craft, even a +4 multi-div scepter wouldn't necessarily be an improvement with how much spirit and mana regen I get from this. Essences were already good in PoE1 and now they're fucking stupid
