How do I move on from this?

I was hospitalized due to complications with my mental health and the hospital gown that they gave me made me feel feminine enough where I started to envision myself with a nice dress on, and as a woman with a female body, as well as trying to come up with a feminine variation of my name.

I feel like after this experience I will try cross-dressing and see how I feel. To me, a feminine appearance feels right to me.

Has anyone ever had this experience?
