Low MMR retard here, is this good or bad for Sinclair? Seems bolt spam is worse but building around rabbit is better and the ult stuff is QoL (since the normal cooldown only factors if you copy an ult and die or don't use it), and I don't know if spectral assistant's changes are good or not because I don't understand how the spirit scaling factors in over time
