Why it's not releasing in 2026? Why do they need such a long post prodcution time? Also, heard the movie has aliens and hollow Moon and Godzilla fights on the Moon, is that true?

My friend filmed a scene where played a background scientist evacuating a facility that was being attacked by a giant monster.

Scientists are frantically communicating with other global facilities as the same thing is seemingly happening everywhere. Something about cut communications at a moon base.

Details played telephone behind scenes so details may not be 100% accurate or could be disinformation to spread throughout the cast and extras but there was talk about planned "Supernova" forms for fan favorite monsters specifically Godzilla, Mothra, and this small goofy looking lizard monster (my friend thinks he heard the Supernova form looked like a smaller Godzilla as it went from crawling on 4 legs to awkwardly standing upright on two and had a blue laser beam too)

There were blueprints for some sort of giant robot, he didn't get to see much of it but it had a more humanoid shape and heard parts could attach to King Kong (not sure how that works)

Other details like who the villain identity was kept secret but it seems like a wild movie with everything they're cooking up. Hopefully it lives up to its fans expectations.
