Yes it did. Ever since we have chosen pro-Evropa vector things have been changing. We have a horrible neighbor that just can't leave us alone and constantly drags us into their shithole, so we don't want to live in a retarded commie shithole and we're doing all we can to live like white people.
I'm no political expert so I'll speak from a regular civilian standpoint. Yes, it got better. Just in general. Streets got cleaner, more businesses opening up, more opportunities, (a bit) less corruption, etc.
