Literally the same as Production. But instead of expanding the list, and making new features and mechanics, you recheck ALL the shit you made on your list. One, by ,one. This is the most soul crunching part of the job. Basically, you speedrun your game repeatedly until you say "fuck it, this is fun enough". Drive that truck you just made, a 100 times
You do it in an agile-Scrum manner

I hope you record yourself doing the testing. Because in this step you will make a promotional video from your speedrun gameplay recordings. If the feedback from potential user is shit, go back to Testing (or production) and remove/add features they want to see inside your game
